1. What kind of products does TinyPrints sell?

At TinyPrints, we offer a variety of unique and stylish products. 3. When will I receive my order? 

Processing time for your order will be within 24 hours. 
Delivery will be 1-2 working days for Express 
and 2-3 working days for standard (items below .3 kg (300grams)

Delivery excludes processing time.

2. How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

3. What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at chat.with.us@thetinyprintsshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned are custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products - soap). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chat.with.us@thetinyprintsshop.com.
